Cleen Enema 133ml

Cleen Enema 133ml  is a bowel cleanser, which you administer yourself.

It acts by increasing the water content of your stools and in this way helps to relieve constipation and clear the bowel.

In general, evacuation occurs approximately 5 minutes after Cleen Ready-to-Use Enema administration;

If evacuation does not occur after using Cleen Enema 133ml or

if the retention time lasts for more than 10 minutes, serious side effects could occur.

Therapeutic indications:

• For use in the relief of occasional constipation.
• For use where bowel cleansing is required, such as before and after lower bowel surgery, delivery and postpartum, before proctoscopy, sigmoidoscopy or colonoscopy, and before radiological examinations of the lower bowel.
• Each 118ml dose delivers the equivalent of 21.4g (18.1% w/v) Sodium Dihydrogen Phosphate Dihydrate and 9.4g (8.0% w/v) Disodium Phosphate Dodecahydrate. Contains 4.4 g sodium per 118 ml delivered dose.
• Excipient(s) with known effect: contains 80 mg benzalkonium chloride per 118ml delivered dose.
