Gabica 75mg Capsules contains Pregabalin 75mg, which treats seizures and neuropathic pain. It is an antiepileptic medication. It has analgesic and anticonvulsant activity. Pregabalin reduces neuronal calcium currents by binding to the alpha-2-delta subunit of voltage-gated calcium channels in the CNS tissues. This particular mechanism may be responsible for neuropathic pain anxiety and other syndromes. It is inactive at serotonin and dopamine receptors and does not inhibit dopamine serotonin or noradrenaline reuptake.
