gentosep cream 15g treats serious bacterial infections caused by pseudomonas aeruginosa, proteus species, escherichia coli, and klebsiella species. Also, it treats enterobacter species, Serratia species, Citrobacter species and staphylococcus species and other conditions. Gentosep Cream may also treat other conditions not listed above.

• Gentosep sulphate actively transported across the bacterial cell membrane, binds to a specific receptor protein on the 30S subunit of bacterial ribosomes .
• it interferes with an initiation complex between mRNA (messenger RNA) and the 30 S subunit, inhibiting protein synthesis.
