Norvasc 10mg Tablets 30’s contains amlodipine which is a calcium channel blocker that dilates blood vessels and improves blood flow. It treats chest pain (angina) and other conditions caused by coronary artery disease. Also, it treats high blood pressure (hypertension). Lowering blood pressure may lower your risk of a stroke or heart attack. Amlodipine is for use in adults and children who are at least 6 years old.
