Trandate 200mg Tablets 56`s belongs to a group of drugs known as beta blockers. Each tablet has 100mg labetalol hydrochloride. The drug treats mild, moderate, or severe hypertension and hypertension in pregnancy. It also treats angina pectoris with existing hypertension. Trandate works by making the heart to beat more slowly and with less force. It also helps widen arteries hence lowering blood pressure.
