Recommended Use:

Prior to workout or training session

• Take one capsule on an empty stomach.

4-day loading phase for sporting events

• Day 1–4: one capsule, twice daily.
• Day 1–4: one capsule, twice daily.
• Day of event: one capsule 30 minutes before the start of the event and another capsule halfway through the event.
