VDM Kit Tablets contains Fluconazole 150mg , Azithromycin 1000mg, and Secnidazole 1000mg. It treats vaginal discharge. Fluconazole works by preventing the formation of the fungal protective covering. On the other hand, azithromycin  stops bacterial growth by inhibiting synthesis of essential proteins. Finally, secnidazole kills the bacteria and other microorganisms that cause infections. It achieves this by by damaging the DNA.
